Our maintenance services can provide a complete technical support service for your PCs.

We can support your hardware, including installing new equipment or upgrades, installing software and customising it to your needs, and looking after your data.

Additionally we can provide a regular tune-up for your machines to maintain performance, a data backup and recovery service including off-site data storage, and a telephone help line, should you run into problems.

 
Annual Maintenance Contract
Unlimited telephone support, remote access support and engineer on-site visits between the hours of 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri. Our specialised IT helpdesk software allows our dedicated team of technicians to track faults to a successful and timely conclusion.
 
Annual Retainer
An annual fee is paid to include regular site checks (often quarterly) to ensure client equipment and software is performing satisfactorily. This contract does not include technical support and all telephone, remote access and on-site visits are charged as extra.
 
Adhoc Support
The client calls us as and when they have a problem and we schedule in a time to provide support. Please note this type of support will not be immediate and clients using the adhoc service will be support AFTER our annual maintenance clients have been dealt with.
